Frequently Asked Questions

What is your return policy?

Custom designs are all final sale and cannot be returned. If you purchased a non-customized item and it remains unused and in its original condition, you can return it for your money back. Please contact us through email (kaitlyn@naturalstatedesign.store) within 30 days of delivery date and we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will NOT respond to return requests via social media accounts. All sale items are final sale.

Change your mind about your order?

If the product is not made yet, a refund will be accepted.

My item has a defect, and it needs replaced

Our products are not flawless - we understand manufacturing any item comes with potential for errors. If you have a defect that is a manufacturer error (Zipper, Stitching, Dis-Colored) please reach out and we will get you a replacement sent right away.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pick up is free. Please send me an email at kaitlyn@naturalstatedesign.store with your order number so we can set up the local pickup.

Do You Sell in Bulk?

Yes! If you are wanting to order an item in bulk please visit the "Contact" tab and send us an inquiry.
